@ I'll call my QP250, the dancing headphones... at higher volumes they start to bounce on your head like a little subwoofer. It's really fun for electronic dance music. And yes, the bass is great. Very clean and tight. I've had a chance to compare them to the RS1 and they're much brighter with a huge sonic image compared to the RS1. I would say again that they're super bright, for long sessions, they're fine. They keep me more focused and working with them just makes me smile to feel them dancing on my ears. @ I ordered the QP250, and received the German Maestro GMP 250, which is the same headphone. To answer my own questions: -Comfort: if I had not such big head and ears, the comfort would be great due to the cardan suspension and the nice headband. The earpads should've been bigger and softer for me. -soundstage: very good, nothing to complain -sibilance: none, they don't exaggerate sibilance -bass: tight, detailed, quick -mids: just good, not recessed or overblown -treble: not harsh or extremely rolled off, but I've heard more detailed highs -PRaT: they have enough speed to keep your feet tapping, certainly not dull or dry. Overall they remind me slightly of the AKG K-400, with deeper bass and a bit less treble. Maybe break-in will change the sound a bit. They have had now a few hours.
