หรือไม่ก็ลองหาโปรแกรมพวกสแกนไวรัส พวก Kaspersky Internet Security 2010/2011 หรือไม่ก็พวก Nod32 อัพเดทให้เป็นปัจจุบัน ลองสแกนดูก่อนนะครับ แล้วก็ใช้โปรแกรม Ad Aware ก็ได้ สแกนซ้ำไปอีกทีว่าเจอไวรัสรึเปล่า ถ้าสแกนแล้วไม่เจอ

ให้พี่ลองคลิกเข้าไปที่ไดรฟ์ที่พี่พ่วง เข้าเครื่องอื่นแล้วสมมติ ฮาดดิสที่พี่พ่วง เป็นไดรฟ์ F: ให้พี่ดับเบิ้ลคลิกเข้าไปก่อนนะครับ แล้วก็เลือก แท็บ ข้างบน ที่ Tools > Folders Options > View > คลิกที่ Show hidden files. folders, and drives.

แล้วถ้าโดนไวรัส มันจะซ่อนไฟล์ก็เป็นไปได้ลองทำวิธีดังกล่าวดูก่อนนะครับ

ถ้าไม่ได้อีก สงสัยต้องใช้วิธีกู้ แล้วก็ต้องดูอาการฮาดดิสพี่ด้วยว่า มันมีเสียงดังที่ฮาดดิส แกร๊กๆๆๆ แปลกๆรึเปล่า ถ้าไม่มีเสียงแปลกๆ น่าจะโดนไวรัส หรือพี่ไม่เคยทำตกหล่น ก็ไม่น่ามีปํญหานะครับ แล้วใช้มานานรึยังครับ ฮาดดิสลูกดังกล่าวนี้อ่ะครับ ไว้ยังไง ผมจะรอฟังข่าวดีนะครับพี่ ถ้าได้หรือไม่ได้ยังไง บอกด้วยนะครับ จะได้หาวิธีช่วยแก้ด้วยอีกแรงครับผม

พอดีขอมูลที่หายมันอยู่ใน External HD นะครับ ผมแบ่ง Partition ไว้สองไดรฟ์ อันนึงเป็น NTFS อีกอันเป็น FAT32 เพราะMacOS จะเซฟไฟล์ได้เฉพาะกับ FAT32 เท่านั้น

ที่เป็นปัญหาตอนนี้ ผมพยายามย้ายไฟล์เล็กๆจาก NTFS มา FAT32 นะครับ ระหว่างย้าย เครื่องมันหยุดทำงาน แล้วไฟล์ด้าน NTFS ก็หายไปหมด เซ็งเป็ดครับ
