ไม่ทราบว่ามีอะไรผิดปกติ เพราะว่าพอสั่งรัน ipod wizard
เลือกดรอบดาวเมนูด้านบนซ้ายเป็น ipod ตามรูป แล้วกดปุ่ม Load IPOD FIRMWARE
ปรากฎว่ามีหน้าต่างขึ้นมาว่า
Error accessing iPod hard drive parameters!
If you're using Windowns Vista, make sure you're running using administrative rights.
จากนั้นก็กด ok

แล้วก็ขึ้นอีกหน้าต่างว่า
Unable to access Ipod!Make sure programs who use the iPod like iTunes are closed.

งง แล้วจะต้องแก้ไข ยังไง อ่ะครับ
