fixed: Just meddle around in Device Manager and now it works! I need to manually update the driver and select the MTP USB device instead of just MTP device. BUT I SWEAR I DID THAT LIKE 5 TIME BEFORE IT ACTUALLY WORKS. Now, let just hope that this won't be a problem ever again.

This is how I do it just in case some of your guys encounter the same issue: Device Manager>Portable Device>Unknown Device>Update Driver Software>Browse my computer for driver software>Let me pick from a list of device on my computer> MTB USB device and then click "next"

Now, I just said that I did this so many times until it works so you guy might need to meddle around some more before it will actually work. Also, try to completely uninstall the (failed) driver before starting the process.
