oh. Well i listed it in two category, "like new" and "refurbished", because there is no option for "open box". I wasn't sure which would be better to list it in, so i did both! But it is the same pair of headphones, I only have 1 of them. These headphones are not flawed they work perfectly!

I'm not sure if manufacturer warranty applies or not because they are open box. However I can give you a 30-day warranty on them.

I understand about your hesitation. Please note I have 30 day full refund policy, as long as headphones are returned in original condition!

by the way, just curious about warranty.

Do i get a year warranty from the manufacturer?

my husband, he is so curious about your posting. he looked it up and asking why u described 2 headphones in the same way. he doesn't want the flaw one.
